Additional Documents For Application

 In addition to the mortgage application you will need to provide the following documentation for your loan and down payment assistance from all people living in the home.

• 3 Years Federal and State Tax Returns (All Schedules & W2s)
• Last 2 months of Pay Stubs
• Last 2 months of Bank Statements (All Pages, All Accounts)
• Last 2 statements from any other asset account (i.e. 401k, IRA, Certificate of Deposit (CD), Life Insurance)
• Enlarged Copy of 2 forms of ID (i.e. Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card, Credit Card) One must be a photo ID
• Signed Authorazation Form by all borrowers

If you are Self Employed or Own a Business you will need to provide the following documents in addition to the ones listed above:

• Business Licenses or Insurance (Must verify the past 2 years)
• Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement
• Accountant's Contact Information

If you are not a US Citizen you will need to provide your documents showing your residency status.
